1. Refer a merchant using your Merchant Referral code between June 1 - 30, 2024, only.
2. Referring merchant gets transaction fee cashback up to ₱1,000 for every referred merchant who completes ₱1,000 worth of online orders within 7 days of signing up. Orders must meet any one of these conditions:
   a. Shipped via Enstack Integrated Shipping (Standard or Same-Day), and/or
   b. Paid via Enstack Integrated Payments

✅ Promo runs from June 1 -30, 2024 only, and will only be applicable for referred merchants signing up between June 1 - 30, 2024. This promo cannot be stacked with any other promos.

✅ Only orders made using Enstack selling tools (Web Store, Chat Store, Cashier, and Keypad) and shipped via Enstack Integrated Shipping (Standard and Same-day) or paid via Enstack Integrated Payments will be eligible.

✅ Once the referred merchant's online orders marked as 'Delivered' reaches P1,000 within 7 days upon signing up, the referring merchant will receive a transaction fee cashback, up to P1,000 per referral, based on the transaction fee of their completed online orders for the month of June.

SAMPLE A:
✔️ 1 Referred Merchant with 1k Online Orders within first 7 days
✔️ Referring Merchant's Total Transaction Fees for June = ₱450
✔️ Referring Merchant's Cashback = ₱450

SAMPLE B:
✔️ 1 Referred Merchant with 1k Online Orders within first 7 days
✔️ Referring Merchant's Total Transaction Fees for June = ₱2,500
✔️ Referring Merchant's Cashback = ₱1,000 (₱1,000 max cashback per referral)

SAMPLE C:
✔️ 2 Referred Merchant with 1k Online Orders within first 7 days
✔️ Referring Merchant's Total Transaction Fees for June = ₱2,500
✔️ Referring Merchant's Cashback = ₱2,000 (2 qualified referred merchants x ₱1,000 max cashback per referral)

✅ The cashback will be net of the transaction fee less any applied vouchers on the order. If the applied voucher value is larger than the transaction fee, no cashback will be awarded for that order.

✅ Eligible cashback will be paid via each user's Enstack Wallet ten (10) business days after the end of the promotional period.

✅ Enstack, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards for suspicion of abuse or fraud.

✅ Users who have been determined to have fraudulent or abusive behavior in either past or ongoing promos or programs may be disqualified from this promo without prior notice.

✅ Enstack reserves the right to terminate, vary, or suspend this promotion at any time.
