- Promo runs for orders created Sep 25, 2025 onwards. This promo cannot be stacked with any other promos.
- Sellers who submit proof of cheaper shipping fees directly to an Enstack-integrated standard shipping courier (J&T, Flash Express, NinjaVan,
or LBC) can receive shipping credits equal to the difference in shipping fees above P100 once the identified order is delivered via Enstack. - For an order to qualify for shipping credits, seller must submit proof via Google form. Proof for both Enstack and direct-to-courier shipping fee must have the exact same details related to shipping fee:
- Same products(s) and item price per product
- Same volumetric weight (length, width, height in cm) and actual weight (in kg)
- Same pickup address and delivery address
- Once verified by Enstack, shipping credits will be awarded to the Enstack order that matches the exact detail, once that Enstack order is delivered. The shipping credits to be given is equivalent to the difference in shipping fees above P100. The maximum shipping credits to be given per order is P100.
- Only orders made using Enstack selling tools (Web Store, Chat Store, Cashier, and Keypad) and utilized Enstack standard shipping will qualify.
- Shipping fee from the other platforms must be the final rate, including taxes and service fees. Any discounts or preferential pricing applied to the shipping fee from the other platform will not be considered in validating cheaper shipping rates. The promo does not apply to unpublished rates, including package rates, corporate rates, loyalty program rates, or other non-publicly listed rates.
- Accumulated shipping credits will be paid via the user's Enstack Wallet every Fri for any pending shipping credits accumulated up to the preceding Tuesday
- Sample payout schedule: Oct 10 (Fri) for shipping credits accumulated up to Oct 7 (Tue)
- Enstack is not responsible for any issues with unlinked bank accounts or e-wallets.
- Enstack, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards for suspicion of abuse or fraud.
- Users determined to have fraudulent or abusive behavior in either past or ongoing promos or programs may be disqualified from this promo without prior notice.
- Enstack reserves the right to terminate, vary, or suspend this promotion at any time.
