How to offer Non-Cash Payments

To activate Non-Cash payment options like bank transfer and e-wallet, follow the steps below: 

  • Make sure that you are an Advanced user by simply verifying your account. See how to do so in  Module 2: How to manage your Enstack account
  • Tap on Payments from your Enstack Home Page
  • Tap the toggle next to Non-COD Payments

You will be able to track your activation process is successful through these respective alerts: 

  • Pending - Completed details have been submitted and the request is now pending review by the team.
  • Active - Your Cashless Payments option has now been activated.
  • Failed - Your application for the Cashless Payments has failed. Please review your details and submit information


How to offer Credit/Debit Card Payments

To start offering credit/debit cards as a payment option for your buyers, you must become a fully Verified user. Learn how to do so through Module 2: How to manage your Enstack account

Then, apply by following these steps: 

  • Tap Payments on your Enstack Home Page 
  • Toggle on Credit Card to apply 
  • Tap Agree after reading the Service Agreement 
  • Upload or draw your signature
  • Tap Submit 
  • Wait up to 7 business days for approval
